Technical Analyst - CHIS

Essential Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and 2-3 years equivalent work experience.
• Certification in Microsoft – MCSE preferred.
• Excellent technical knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills.
• Fluent English language skills.

Integrated Vice President Clinical Support Services

The Integrated Vice President (IVP) clinical support services, provides strategic and collaborative leadership for the clinical support
services portfolio in a manner that is consistent with the corporate mission, vision, values and priorities of Hotel- Dieu Grace Hospital and Windsor Regional Hospital. The IVP’s overall mandate is to facilitate the integration of the full continuum of clinical support services
(Laboratory, Pharmacy and Diagnostic Imaging) across the two hospitals within the context of coordinated, efficient, patient centred and safe care.

Essential Qualifications
• University Degree or equivalent experience in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Management, Business or related field required
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation required
• Masters Certificate in Project Management an asset
• 3-5 years applicable industry experience in leading projects that support client groups such as Healthcare, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Information Management, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of current practice project management tools and techniques
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Eclipse or Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Supervisory or managerial experience an asset

Essential Qualifications
- License to practice as a physician in Ontario and be eligible for staff privileges at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital
- Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in a relevant specialty
ATLS Certification, preferably ATLS instructor
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience, required
- Demonstrated high clinical standards
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and patient safety initiatives that support and encourage the optimal utilization of resources
- Knowledge of management theory and practice, LEAN concepts and practices
- Excellence in leadership and organization; written and verbal communications
- Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, diplomacy, resourcefulness and decisiveness
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills

Graduate of an approved school of radiography/nuclear medicine
Post graduate M.R.I certificate or work experience required to meet M.R.I certificate exam eligibility
2 years or more experience in an M.R.I Department preferred
