MIBI Test

Preparation:

  • Stay on all medication unless specific instructions are given to be off certain medications.
  • Please follow the preparation sheet given to you by the department.
  • The test is done over 2 days.
    • Day 1
  • No caffeine products on the day of the test.
  • Eat meals as usual, drink ONLY juice, white milk or water.
    • Day 2
  • No Caffeine products 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Nothing to eat or drink after midnight unless specific instructions are given.
  • Take medications as usual unless specific instructions are given.
  • Do not apply any lotions or powder to skin.
