Risk Management
HDGH has a comprehensive Risk Management Program in place.  It is the responsibility of all employees and volunteers to participate in the risk management program.  This department assists staff, volunteers and physicians at all levels of the organization to identify and manage inherent risk factors.  As a result of this process, HDGH administration and Board reduces risk by assuring that action is taken on identified risk issues.
