WHAT: The Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital Foundation has teamed up with CAW Local 444 and Local 2458 to present the Inaugural Bob Probert Memorial Ride, in memory of #24, The Enforcer. The Bob Probert Memorial Ride, which will raise funds for the Angioplasty Program at HDGH will take place on Sunday, June 26, 2011 from the starting line on Ouellette Avenue in front of the hospital.

To launch this event, the HDGH Foundation and the CAW Local 444 and Local 2458 has invited our local media outlets to meet with hospital officials, CAW Representatives and the Probert Family to find out why it is so important to support this event.

As a photo op, one of Bob’s bikes will be brought to this event and set up with Joe Louis Arena in the background. A special announcement will be made with a line up of NHL celebrities participating in the ride.
