How to Give
Following discharge from Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital, each of our patients will be contacted and offered an opportunity to join our Grateful Patient Program. Of course, each patient’s decision to participate is a personal one and is respected by the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital Foundation.
