The primary goal of the Physical Plant Services Department at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital is to provide a safe, comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff.
Our skilled technical staff is responsible for the maintenance of the building infrastructure, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and power, as well as painting and general carpentry—all in compliance with applicable professional and provincial codes and regulations. Staff also coordinates outside maintenance services, including landscaping, snow removal and general construction.
Our staff provides routine, requested, and emergency service on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
