COVID Recovery Program
About Us
The COVID Recovery Program (CRP) offers individualized education, treatment and supports for patients who are experiencing any number of chronic conditions associated following a diagnosis of COVID-19.
This includes any condition that is impacting the quality of an individual’s life, whether it be physical or emotional.
Goals
To reduce the burden of disability, maximize functioning and improve quality of life by detecting and treating reversible conditions and recommending optimal management of chronic conditions associated with COVID.
Who does this program serve?
The COVID Recovery Program (CRP) offers individualized education, treatment and supports for patients who are experiencing any number of chronic conditions associated following a diagnosis of COVID-19.
This includes any condition that is impacting the ability of an individual to function in their everyday life, whether it be returning to work, or leisure activities.

Referrals to CRP can be made by: Primary Care and Acute Care

This program is funded by the Ministry of Health. There is no cost to you for this service.

Central Registration
Upon arrival to HDGH please present to the Central Registration Department, prior to proceeding to your appointment. Central Registration is located within the main entrance, across from the Courtyard Café.
Please arrive 15 min before your appointment in order to allow enough time to register.
