The HDGH Foundation is thrilled to announce that you have a chance to win a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Touring-L FWD, all while supporting the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Outpatient Rehabilitation Programs. These vital programs provide specialized services for patients with complex medical and physical impairments with the aim of improving mobility and overall physical function.
Tickets are $50 and only 2,500 available! Purchase your tickets now at the HDGH Foundation Office located at 1453 Prince Rd., Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-3:00PM. Alternatively, you can find the HDGH Foundation team at pop-up sales locations throughout Windsor-Essex County.
