Program Information & Registration

For parents of children 0-12 years - What level of Triple P program is right for me?

Is this you?

Most of the time, parenting is fun. You know you are doing a good job. But there are times when things get a little tricky. Like when your toddler won't eat her dinner. Or your six year old won't pick up his toys. If only someone could give you some ideas to make those times easier! If this sounds like you, then a Triple P Seminar (click here for a desciption) may be right for you.

Is this you?

A child who melts down in the supermarket. One who won't go to bed wihtout a fight? The kid who's always disobedient, or the one who bites, hits or fights. If your child fits any of these descriptions, Triple P Discussion Groups (click here for a description) can help. Triple P Discussion Groups are short, small group sessions that offer parents practical advice for tackling specific problem behaviour.

You have a child with an intellectual of physical special need, and life is incredibly tough. Your child may seem unwilling or unable to follow instructions or master new skills. Perhaps they have terrible tantrums or emotional meltdowns. Maybe they can't make friends or play with their siblings. If the pressure of raising a child with special needs is straining your family life, Triple P Stepping Stones Groups (click here for a description) may help.

Other parents don't seem to have it as tough as you. Your child contantly misbehaves. Your family life is full of frustration, anger and tears. There's probably a lot of shouting and your child may even be aggressive - perhaps hitting you, the furniture or his brothers and sisters. In fact, everyday - from breakfast to bedtime - is a battle. If this sounds familiar, then Triple P Group (click here for a description) can help. Group Triple P gives you support to help you manage your child's behaviour and prevent the kinds of problems that make your family life stressful.

Or is this you?

You want to create the happiest home life you can. You may have a few concerns about your child's behaviour - perhaps there's disobedience or you simply want to find out how to set up better routines for mealtimes or bedtimes. Whatever it is, you're very interested to learn more about positive parenting and how you can apply it to your family. If you're ready for a more in-depth look at the parenting streategies that really work, Triple P Group (click here for a description) is ideal.

For parents of teens 13-16 years - What level of Triple P program is right for me?

Is this you?

Your baby's almost an adult, or at least that's what he or she thinks. So life at home can be a little strained. Maybe your 13-year-old son grunts instead of speaking to you. Or your 14-year old daughter wants to go to parties with people you don't even know. It's not that you've got a "wild" kid. You'd just like to make sure things don't get out of hand. If this sounds like you, then a Triple P Teen Seminar (click here for a description) may be right for you.

Is this your family?

Your teen's behaviour has become too much for you to handle. At home, there's probably a lot of shouting and very little agreement. Or maybe you don't bother trying to talk anymore. But you are worried. Where will this all end?

Or, maybe it isn't that bad. It's just that you realize things can change very quickly. So you're keen to know as much as possible about positive parenting so you'll be prepared if hassles arise.

Either way, Triple P Teen Group (click here for a desciption) can give the support you need.
