André Andreolli Capaldi is the founder and principal of spada strategies, an advisory practice focused on revenue growth, partnerships, and organizational strategy for nonprofits and mission-driven businesses. For more than 15 years, he has worked at the intersection of government, business, and civil society, helping organizations secure more than $50 million in funding and investment.
Guided by a strong sense of purpose, André draws on deep experience navigating complex institutions and aligning public and private interests. Previously, he served as a senior advisor to Chrystia Freeland during her tenure as Canada's Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. His public sector experience spans finance, foreign affairs, intergovernmental affairs, and international trade.
