We Ride...We Remember Memorial Bike Ride
The We Ride...We Remember Memorial Bike Ride brought together cyclists from across Windsor-Essex on June 13 for a day of remembrance, community,and giving back.
Held in honour of Rick Meloche, Ozzie Ala, and Rigo Hofler, the event celebrated the lasting impact these passionate cyclists had on the local cycling community while raising funds in support of the Cardiac Wellness Programs at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare.
Thanks to the generosity of participants, volunteers and donors, the event raised $3,100 to help support cardiac wellness programs and services at HDGH.
A special thank you to the ESR Cycling Club for their continued leadership and commitment to this meaningful event. Their dedication helps ensure that the legacy of Rick, Ozzie, and Rigo lives on while making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout our community.
To everyone who rode, donated, volunteered, and supported the event, thank you for helping make this year's ride a success. Together, we are strengthening cardiac wellness in Windsor-Essex and honouring the memories of three individuals whose passion for cycling continues to inspire others.
