Lynn Lee
Lynn Lee is the Manager, Program Management Office for a top tier initiative, supporting successful integration efforts of Enbridge Gas Inc., previously Union Gas Limited and Enbridge Gas Distribution. Her role is accountable for leading a team tasked with coordinating diverse stakeholder interests into a highly collaborated, aligned and structured strategy and execution plan.
Since joining Enbridge (previously Union Gas) in 1994, Lynn has contributed to the success of a broad spectrum of cross functional strategic leadership roles. Most recently, Lynn has played key roles on high impact, strategic initiatives, including a collaboration to lead a turnaround project for the development of an Energy Conservation technical solution, by delivering targeted results in 9 months, saving $3.5M of initial projected costs and strategically steering the company away from undue financial and audit risks. Within the Finance function, she was accountable for managing the corporate O&M and Capital budgets for Union Gas and helped enhance the Finance culture as the Project Management Lead of a CFO enterprise-wide initiative, by creating and delivering personal development tools, programs and training for ~435 professionals in U.S. and Canada between 2012-2016.
Lynn is passionate about effective change management, and her past project and change management successes are complemented by her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor, and her Change Management certification from Colorado State University.
