Billing, Hospitalization Costs and Health Insurance
At the time of admission you must verify that you have Provincial Health Insurance coverage. If you cannot provide your Provincial Health Insurance number, you must provide proof of residency. If you are requesting Preferred Accommodation (Semi-Private or Private), and cannot provide valid Insurance Numbers a 5 day deposit is required. If you do not have Health Insurance coverage you must pay for all expenses incurred during your stay prior to being discharged. Payment can be made either by cash, cheque or credit card.

For co-payment assessments please contact the co-payment assessor office at (519) 257-5111 ext. 72381 to make an appointment. The office hours vary.
